Breakfast Time
Start with fresh fruit and yoghurt, maybe cereal, muesli or porridge.
Followed by
a Full Scottish Breakfast (sausage, bacon, egg, potato scone, haggis, black pudding,
mushrooms and tomato)
We also have kippers and poached eggs or smoked salmon and
scrambled eggs on a lightly toasted muffin.
All served with homemade bread and freshly
made tea and coffee.
When the hens are in the mood for laying, our eggs are sourced
from a local croft.
Packed lunches can also be provided if required.
Our breakfasts are served between 8.30am and 9.30am. Earlier breakfast can be arranged, although for really early riser (before 7.00) we can offer a cold tray or a packed lunch as an alternative to breakfast. This proved quite popular with our early risers this year.
